-As the igloos feature delicate decorations to create this one-of-a-kind atmosphere, we kindly request that parents please supervise young children to prevent pulling or damage to the decor. Many thanks for your understanding.

-Sorry, pets are not allowed in the igloos. Pets are allowed on the patio only.

RESERVATION TIMES

-Sunday-Wednesday: 5:30-7 pm or 7:30-9 pm

-Thursday-Saturday: 5-7 pm or 7:30-9:30 pm

-HOLIDAY CLOSURES: WE ARE CLOSED ON THANKSGIVING DAY AND CHRISTMAS DAY. WE CLOSE AT 3 PM ON CHRISTMAS EVE.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

-Check-in at the hostess stand inside the bar area. Provide your party name and you'll be escorted to your igloo.

PAYMENT, FEES, & CANCELLATION POLICY

-Payment is required in full at the time of reservation.

-Sunday-Wednesday: $100 minimum spend (1.5 hours in the igloo)

-Thursday-Saturday: $200 minimum spend (2 hours in the igloo)

-Any amount under the minimum spend will be charged as an igloo rental fee.

-Please note that your minimum spend does not include gratuity. A 20% gratuity will be added automatically for parties of 6.

-For a full refund, reservations must be cancelled at least 4 days in advance by email or phone.

-Refunds will not be given due to weather unless deemed unfavorable by management.
